Installations must be provided in a sympathetic manner to meet to the architectural
requirements of the buildings and innovative, ground-breaking solutions
have been delivered in order to comply with the requirements of this customer,
which is a testimony to the extensive range of skills and experience within
the Company generated over eighty years of trading within the Electrical
Industry.
Wicken Fen, Wimpole Hall and Anglesey Abbey are just some of the sites
in which Playford and Son Ltd have provided electrical installations along
with testing and inspection in support of these premises. All of these
sites are listed buildings and are highly valued assets of The National
Trust both in terms of visitor attractions and part of our National Heritage.
Electrical Installations are provided on an ongoing basis within an agreed
framework contract which is reviewed annually on criteria which encompasses
Finance, Quality, Health & Safety, Service Levels and Personnel, Playford
and Son Ltd have maintained their approved Contractor status with British
Sugar for over 30 years.
Installations have been conducted in the Wissington, Bury St Edmunds, and
Newark for British Sugar and various other British Sugar plants in the
UK to meet the requirements of Electrical Installations in Potentially
Explosive Atmospheres for over twenty years.
Each installation has been designed, installed commissioned and maintained
by Playford and Son Ltd.
Playford and Son Ltd have provided Electrical Installations to the John
Lewis Partnership and their associate company Waitrose Ltd for over twenty-five
years.
Works have included new lighting and power schemes, complete new installations
for new stores along with ongoing upgrades and changes to store layouts.
Playford and Son Ltd have provided Electrical Installations and Services
for more than twenty years; including new installations for new developments
on the course along with test and inspection services and the maintenance
of the electrical installations throughout this time.
Playford and Son Ltd are based in Newmarket and therefore perfectly positioned
to provide attendances during Race Days and have also provided these services
to other local Race Tracks |
